TYPE
Dry red wine.

TERRAIN
Medium white limestone mix, 350 meters a.s.l.

HARVEST
In the second half of of September the bunches are selected, hand-picked and placed in plateaux.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Guyot and simple pergola.

BLEND
65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella.

VINIFICATION
Bunches are left to ventilate naturally for a few days. Low temperature fermentation and maceration, with daily remontages and delestages. Malolactic fermentation in small steel tanks. Ageing for about 15 months in French barriques and amphorae.

AGEING
36 months in bottle. Closure with natural cork.

TASTING
Colour medium intensity ruby red, bright and clearly transparent. Bouquet notes of aromatic herbs and red fruits. Hints of liquorice and subtle touches of vanilla. On the palate medium to full-bodied, structured, with good acidity and soft tannins.

Alcohol: 14 %.
Total acidity: 6,3 g/L.
Residual sugar: 0,6 g/L.

PRODUCT SIZE: 750 ml – 1,5 liter – 3,0 liter.
