TERRAIN
Medium white limestone mix, 350 meters above sea level.

HARVEST
In the middle of September the bunches are selected, hand-picked and placed in plateaux.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Guyot and simple pergola

BLEND
65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed as soon as they are harvested. Fermentation and maceration at a temperature of around 20/22 degrees, with remontages and delastages. Aging for about 5 months in amphora.

AGING
Some months in bottle. Closure with cork.

TASTING
Colour intense ruby red. Bouquet juicy small red fruits and notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate balanced acidity and minerality that recalls calcareous soils.

Total acidity: 5,96 g/L
Residual sugar: 1 g/L
